Following steps can be followed one by one and try to install the drivers after each step:
- Use the Sentinel HASP Runtime Environment Removal tool available on the below path: http://sentinelcustomer.safenet-inc.com/DownloadNotice.aspx?dID=8589943825
- Stop any antivirus or firewall available on the system and try to install the drivers again.
- hasplms.exe is available under C:\Windows\System32, please remove this file manually. Restart the system and install the drivers again.
- In case windows\system32\hasplms.exe is read only or hidden. In this case file properties should be checked and changed. And try to install the drivers.
Note: Please make sure that the user has Administrator Rights.
